Maria, this is certainly an interesting proposal you have approached me with. I am filled with more intrigue than a polar bear is filled with delicious penguin meat... and yet I am saddened by the story of the ghastly train crash. It was quite ghastly indeed - one of the ghastliest I've ever seen in fact (and you can bet your boots I've seen my fare share! of train crashes!).

Like you, I don't want the government of Spain to confiscate the funds. I'm sure they will waste all of it on maracas and bull fighting - and frankly, I don't think that's good a way to spend 8 million dollars.
